Gluten free and vegan cornbread stuffing, stuffed into a large portobello mushroom cap. Tempeh marinated in a combination of spices and herbs served with a short grain brown rice and a side of glazed carrots. Lentils, carrots, celery, onions, walnuts, and spices to create a "meatloaf" like texture and topped with a housemade ketchup sauce. Not like your Mom's meatloaf and super delicious!
