Meet Megyn

As a small child I found a love for food alongside my Dad and grandparents, who owned and operated restaurants throughout my childhood. Despite my interest in food, I avoided a career in food and beverage in an effort to adhere to the advice of my family!

After using food as medicine to combat various chronic health issues in my early twenties, I pursued a health coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I served over one hundred clients in the span of 2 years and realized many individuals needed an affordable and nutrient dense meal service. Morsel has been a labor of love and it is my greatest pleasure to put my passion for healing through food on your doorstep.

The Morsel Team

Over a decade has passed since Chef Amber Marie left the practice of civil rights law in New York City to pursue a career in the culinary nutrition field. She received formal culinary training at Johnson & Wales University and independently studied nutrition while in pursuit to use food as medicine to successfully overcome health issues, food allergies, and disordered eating. When not serving Morsel clients, she provides private chef services to the greater Savannah area (reach out below!), to include custom tailored menus, personalized assistance, catering for small gatherings, and culinary nutrition classes for individuals and groups. Morsel was built out of the belief that everyone needs and deserves healthy, delicious food. We care about our customers and what goes into their bodies.
