Homemade BBQ sauce smothered jackfruit with caramelized onions, stuffed into a fluffy baked potato and served with a side of cashew cream. This entree will make a southern vegan swoon! A gluten free version of the best kind of bread for the season! Made with oat and almond flour with coconut flakes, almond butter, and chocolate chips. The perfect balance of crispy and chewy!
