Cold winter days sometimes call for comfort food. Hearty chili sandwiched between savory cornbread, served with a side of cilantro lime slaw. A popular Indian dish made lighter Morsel style. We will use a vegan yogurt to replace the typical dairy in Tikka Masala, and a marinated tofu to replace the chicken. The dish will be served with short grain rice mixed with cilantro on top. A creamy, wholesome, plant based soup robust with curry flavor and lentils packing protein, iron and fiber. Shredded kale, cabbage and carrots topped with seeds and smoked tofu. Served with tahini dressing.
