A seasonal salad made with fresh, local and raw ingredients! Typically includes romaine, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and peppers. This light, between seasons soup will make you think of potato soup, but just a tad lighter! Lots of flavor lent by roasted the cauliflower, garlic, smoked paprika, and cumin. Brussel sprouts and shallots roasted and seasoned with garlic. Served with a side of cornbread stuffing. This dish is unique to the Holiday season only and does contain Beyond Meat sausage. A popular Indian dish made lighter Morsel style. We will use a vegan yogurt to replace the typical dairy in Tikka Masala, and a marinated tofu to replace the chicken. The dish will be served with short grain rice mixed with cilantro on top.
