A popular Indian dish made lighter Morsel style. We will use a vegan yogurt to replace the typical dairy in Tikka Masala, and a marinated tofu to replace the chicken. The dish will be served with short grain rice mixed with cilantro on top. An entree salad with the vibrance of lemon and parsley and with the heartiness of baked chickpeas. Salad served with a lemon tahini dressing. Peas, carrots, celery, onions, and spices, topped with seasoned black lentils and finished with a layer of potato mashers. Served with a side salad. Perfect for those dipping their toes into plant-based eating. Excellent for a hearty dinner and children. A gluten free and vegan version of a traditional favorite!
