A very flavorful way to eat one of our favorite nutritional powerhouses, the lentil! Ginger, garlic, onions, cumin, paprika and parsley served with a side of slightly spicy, vinegary collards. Black eyed peas with sautéed garlic, caramelized onions, peppers and greens. Served with corn bread. Great for those looking for a southern dish with a healthy twist! A breakfast or dessert bar made from Raspberry puree and an almond crust. Similar to the strawberry oat bars we offer in the summer months. A hearty vegetable and tomato sauce made with mushrooms, celery, and carrots. Seasoned with fennel, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Served with gluten free spaghetti noodles. *Customers will receive dry spaghetti noodles in their order, and will need the ability to boil water. This allows for flexibility to freeze the sauce if needed!
