Reminding Megyn, Morsel founder, of her childhood, this hug in a bowl features carrots, celery, small red potatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic and kidney beans. A red coconut curry sauce with onions, peppers, carrots, and seasonal vegetables served over a bed of short grain brown rice. A hearty vegetable and tomato sauce made with mushrooms, celery, and carrots. Seasoned with fennel, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Served with gluten free spaghetti noodles. *Customers will receive dry spaghetti noodles in their order, and will need the ability to boil water. This allows for flexibility to freeze the sauce if needed! Lentils, carrots, celery, onions, walnuts, and spices to create a "meatloaf" like texture and topped with a housemade ketchup sauce. Not like your Mom's meatloaf and super delicious! Served on top of cauliflower and potato mashers. Perfect for those dipping their toes into plant-based eating. Excellent for a hearty dinner and children.
